As a company we view Diversity & Inclusion as a cornerstone of our company. Not only this the right thing to do as human beings, but we believe that it gives us a genuine competitive advantage and makes us stronger as a team.
Inclusive Hiring: One of the key benefits of our product is the ability to set screening parameters, removing bias and giving every individual of any age, gender, personality or background the same advantages typically reserved for more privileged individuals.
Internally, Promotion Tech commit to the most diverse and inclusive attraction and selection policies, aiming for ‘Culture Add not Culture Fit’ and all hiring managers will require an internal recruitment accreditation.
Education: We do not expect everyone to join Promotion Tech with the same understanding of D&I. We aim for D&I to be a central theme amongst our continuous learning, but the key messages will be compulsory during onboarding & induction and line managers will require an internal D&I accreditation.
Opportunity: Promotion Tech are developing a best-in-class career progression framework that charts and supports all staff development. A key part of this framework is the ability for an individual from any team or rank to see their route into the company leadership team.
